Is PControl a Certified customs brokerage?

Yes. P Control Logistics is an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). This AEO status and certification requires that our customs operators are highly trained and fully authorized customs brokers.

Does PControl have an import/export license?

Yes. We are licensed by the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Thailand to import and export (or transship) animals, birds, eggs, and biological materials.

Is PControl authorized to import and export dangerous goods?

Yes. Our Toxic Industrial Waste Collector’s License issued from the National Environment Agency permits us to handle hazardous substances as well as ozone-depleting substances. 

For which transactions can PControl provide customs formalities?

PControl is able to perform customs clearance for every transactions – whether import, export, plant-to-plant, in-transit, etc.

What supporting documents are required for customs clearance?

Customers will need to prepare the following supporting documents:
1. Bill of Lading or Air Waybill
2. Copies of Invoice Packing
3. List insurance premium invoice
4. Release Form (Customs Form 100/1 or 469)
5. Foreign Transaction Form (if the import value exceeds Baht 500,000)
6. Import License (if applicable)
7. Certificates of Origin (if applicable)
8. Other relevant documents such as catalogues, product specifications, etc.

Why choose PControl for customs clearances?

PControl is a qualified customs brokerage possessing the required import/export licenses for many product, including the importation of cosmetics and even pharmaceuticals, as authorized by the Food and Drug Administration and the Ministry of Health.

The trade in minerals is subject to a strict rule: without the appropriate authorization, it is prohibited to import more than two kilograms of tungsten oxide and tin ores and metallic tin.

Antiques, works of art, museum and historical exhibits may not be shipped without authorization from the Director General of Fine Arts.

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and prohibited firearms are prohibited from the production, purchase, use or import unless they have the appropriate license from the Ministry of the Interior.
